Prerequisites for reforming the administrative and legal support of public management in Ukraine in the process of European integration

Abstract
The article analyzes the preconditions for reforming the administrative and legal provision of public management in Ukraine. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public management is particularly relevant in the context of Ukraine’s choice of the path to European integration, since there is a need for an understanding of the management model inherent in the EU and adaptation of its own model of state management.
