Prerequisites of intelligent management by changes of the operational properties of building objects by autonomous computer systems

Abstract
The article is devoted to the choice of means to ensure the functioning of the autonomous computer system of intellectual management by changes in the operational properties of construction objects. It is shown that most of these systems are monitoring systems of state and are not intended to make decisions on the restoration of lost operational properties and the implementation of such solutions, that is, management of changes. The development of schemes of an autonomous computer system of intellectual management of changes in the operational properties of construction objects will eliminate the subjective factor and reduce the risk of making the wrong decision. The main components of the developed system are: controlled parameters that determine the operational qualities and their conservation in time; means of controlling the parameters that determine the operational qualities and their conservation in time (sensors, etc.); executive mechanisms for the management of changes in structures and parts of buildings and structures. Additionally it was determined constructions and elements of buildings and structures as well as main operational properties (qualities) that are management objects. The choice of detector elements kind was also substantiated.
