Abstract
The article analyzes the pressing issues that take place in the sphere of forestry: arrangements to restriction of malpractice and violations related to illegal logging, rotation period and export of wood; the necessity for institutional reform; increase of sanctions for a number of violations in the sphere of forestry, fixing of new elements of administrative violations; issues related to security and protection of forest inventory and others.
