PRESSING QUESTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY IN THE FIELD OF TOWN-PLANNING ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the articles lighted up some problems of administrative responsibility in the field of town-planning activity in Ukraine, as an important instrument of providing of implementation of requirements, set legislation, build norms, state standards and rules. Attention is accented on that out of eyeshot a legislation is row of violations which substantially influence on safety of lodgers of houses of ramshackle housing fund, but which administrative responsibility is not foreseen for. Drawn conclusion, that system of norms which regulate the relations of administrative responsibility in the sphere of town-planning activity without regard to frequent changes does not answer the necessities of construction of the legal state. The use of complex approach will be given by possibility to save and develop integrity in studied administrative responsibility in the sphere of town-planning activity, as the special type of administrative responsibility.
