PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION AMONG THE PROVINCIAL AUTHORITIES IN THE DNIEPER UKRAINE (2ND HALF OF 19TH – BEGINNING OF 20TH CENTURY)

Abstract
The peculiarities of provincial bureaucracy system in the Dnieper Ukraine in the 2nd half of 19th – at the beginning of 20th century have been shown. The law norms of Russian empire according to the combating corruption and the typical forms of their violation have been examined. The main measures of Empire’s government as for prevention of corruption among the provincial authorities have been analyzed.
