Prevention of crimes in the sphere of business activity: foreign experience

Abstract
In article experiment of the foreign states on prevention of crimes in the sphere of business activity is considered. It is established that the current state of the state in Ukraine it is closely connected with development of foreign experience of public administration in the organization of lawenforcement activity, including, on fight against crime in the sphere of busi ness activity as economic crime has serious consequences for any society. Having chosen a way of improvement and development of system of law enforcement agencies, it is always useful to be realistic about own experience and, at the same time, to address practices in this area of scientific other countries. It is defined that existence of system of acceptance and rendering legal aid and also informa tion connected with money laundering is necessary, considering that this exchange has to happen between the bodies which are specially created for investigation of such crimes including between police, customs and tax services.
