PRIKAZ RETKE FORME BRUCELOZE

Abstract
Cilj: prikaz slučaja retke forme bruceloze, neurobruceloze sa kliničkom slikom meningoencefalitisa. Metode: Za serološku potvrdu bolesti korišćene su reakcija brze aglutinacije-BAB, klasične aglutinacije-Wright, ELISA i Western blot. Urađen je citobiohemijski pregled likvora, EEG, NMR glave i ostalo. Rezultati: Dobijen je rastući porast titra antitela na brucelozni antigen, u roku od mesec dana, od 1:320 do 1:640. Nakon godinu dana bolesnik je bez ikakvih subjektivnih tegoba, urednog kliničkog i biohumoralnog statusa, a serološki BAB +, Wright 1:20. ELISA pozitivna. Western blot potvrdan. Zaključak: Kod bolesnika sa neurobrucelozom i/ili hroničnom formom bruceloze, ELISA predstavlja najpouzdaniju i najsenzitivniju metodu za određivanje klase imunoglobulina, a samim tim i praćenje evolucije bolesti.
