Abstract
The article presents the data of clinical observation of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis in newborn child, complicated with spontaneous splenic rupture. Issues of diagnosis according to the recommendations of the International society for the study of histiocytic diseases (Histiocyte Society, 2004).
