PRINCIPLE OF FLOWS SERVICE IN THE HETEROGENEOUS TELECOMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
The article proposes the principle of flows service in a heterogeneous telecommunication environment that will provide the flexibility and scalability of the system for managing the process of servicing hybrid telecommunication services, the functions of managing the subscriber's service process (the subscriber's search for the physical elements that participate in the transfer process and the transfer of the governing influence to the relevant physical elements) are transferred to the cloud, all mobile communication subsystems are managed from the location controllers. The interaction between the subsystem controllers for the purpose of management occurs only in the middle of the data center, which will reduce the number of service flows over the telecommunications network.
