PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL TACTICS AS THE ASSUMPTIONS OF ITS CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of the principles of forensic tactics as the initial provisions, which are responsi- ble for the development and operation tactics. The author points to the research organization and the scope of their core functions, which are manifested in the accumulation of achievements of the theory and practice, the optimal development of tactics, which contribute to the effective detection and prevention of crimes. This is the most important assumptions that underlie its construction and development.
