PRINCIPLES OF THE COMPETENTLY-ORIENTED CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Abstract
This article examines principles of the competently-oriented corporate governance, which turn out to be crucial because of internalization of the national corporation. Principles of the corporate governance are, to a large extent, a set of mechanisms through a corporation fulfill its goals. The paper indicates that only a small minority of companies complied with the importance of the Corporate Governance Principles, and the vast majority did not comply with any. The article analyzes the principles of the effective corporate governance and divides them into general, specific and those that form managers competence.
