PRINCIPLES OF THE COURT: CONCEPTUAL AND NORMATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
An independent theoretical and legal aspect of the principles of justice issues is its place in the conceptual-categorical apparatus legal science, unambiguous understanding of the concept of “principles of justice” which is based on a system of aggravating circumstances. Relevance of the scientific development of conceptual and regulatory aspects of the proceedings predetermined doctrinal ambiguity of the definition of “principles of justice”. The author of a paper we investigate problems of doctrinal understanding of the principles of law and the principles of legal proceed- ings. Generalized relationship between the principles of law and the principles of legal proceedings. The features of the principles of legal proceedings as a complicated legal phenomenon.
