PRINCIPLES OF THE EXERCISE OF STATE POWER: AXIOLOGICAL AND ONTOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article deals with the system of principles of the implementation of state power, their axiological and ontological aspects of realization. On the basis of system analysis, the conclusion is made that the principles of the activity of state authorities of Ukraine accumulate world and national values of the implementation of state power in the interests of the Ukrainian people, are characterized by universality, high weight. The functioning of public authorities on the basis of unconditional implementation of the principles of the exercise of state power will ensure the high efficiency of the state apparatus of Ukraine.
