Priority areas of state higher educational institutions in the context of current trends in the education market

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to explore the conditions and the development directions of the financial and economic activity of state higher educational institutions, according to trends in the education market. The solution of problems in article was made by scientific and special methods of research, such as analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization and systematization. The author expresses the hypothesis of priority management dependence of financial activities of state higher educational institution on current trends in the educational market and the state’s role in the financial support of higher education. Promising directions of state higher educational institutions’ activities determined the increase of educational services in the performance of international agreements on training. The article substantiates that the proposed measures will allow state higher educational institutions to retain its position in the crisis activity. The main scientific position can be used in the practice of state higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
