PRIVATION IS FROM INHERITANCE

Abstract
The article examines the legal regulation of privation is from inheritance under the laws of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. The grounds for the deprivation of the inheritance are investigated in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. As a result of the analysis conducted and based on the legislation of the European Union countries, proposals have been formulated to improve the legal regulation of privation is from inheritance.
