Про правове регулювання тваринництва в Україні

Abstract
Аналіз правового регулювання тваринництва в Україні довів, що існуючі нормативні приписи внормовують різноманітні види суспільних відносин, адже вони стосуються як функціонування цілих підгалузей тваринництва, так і виробництва окремих видів тваринницької продукції, окре- мих сфер діяльності у тваринництві. Зроблено висновок, що у складі аграрного права існує правовий інститут тваринництва, що входить до особливої частини цієї галузі права.
