Abstract
The article deals with the problematic issues of the creation of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court in Ukraine and the ways of their correction. The actuality of the problem of the functioning of anti-corruption judicial institutions in the world, the preconditions for their creation and the consequences of work are highlighted.
