PROBLEMATIQUE DE LA LIBERATION DES ESPACES PUBLICS DANS LARRONDISSEMENT DE HOUNLI : COMMUNE DABOMEY.

Abstract
The study of the issue of liberation of public spaces in the borough of Hounli commune of Abomey is a contribution that aims at understanding better the consequences of this decision of the government to develop the spaces on the lives of the people of the district of Hounli. Desk researches, fieldwork and socioeconomic surveys conducted in the field, as well as the analysis of results represent the methodological approach adopted to achieve the expected objectives. In addition, the SWOT conceptual model was used to summarize the results obtained from this research. From this analysis, it appears that the eviction of public spaces affected the entire population of Hounli at 100%. Most of the surveys find the decision beneficial even if they do not agree with the methodology used (to hasty). It should be noted that more than 90% of people engaged in illegal income- genetating activities who have occupied state domains have been dismissed. As a result, their activities are not going as before. Nevertheless, others have survived because they meet the standards. Considering the importance of the works and the deadlines of execution, the authorities both communale, local and those of the Government put in place strategies not to create too many draubacks
