PROBLEME PRIVIND IMPLEMENTAREA IFRS PENTRU IMM-URI ÎN MICRO - ÎNTREPRINDERI

Abstract
Cea mai fierbinte dintre dezbaterile actuale legate de IFRS pt IMM-uri este fără îndoiala, cea privind aplicarea normei internaţionale la microîntreprinderi. Lucrarea actuală tratează caracterul adecvat al proiectului de IFRS pentru IMM-uri pentru entităţile foarte mici şi relaţia dintre microentităţi şi principala grupă de finanţatori - furnizorii de credite. Susţinem criteriile promovate de Uniunea Europeană pentru delimitarea unui grup de entităţi de mici dimensiuni – microentităţi care să beneficieze de norme contabile cît mai lejere şi nu suntem de acord cu impunerea unui IFRS pentru IMM-uri tuturor entităţilor necotate.
