Проблеми формування режиму територій, які використовують із рекреаційною метою

Abstract
Обґрунтовано необхідність розмежування та співвідношення категорій зе‐ мель рекреаційного призначення з тими категоріями земель, які також мо‐ жуть бути просторовою базою для створення в їхніх межах рекреаційних зон, а отже, й для організації відпочинку і туризму. Зокрема йдеться про розмежу‐ вання правових режимів земель рекреаційного призначення та ділянок лісового фонду (лісових і земельних лісових ділянок) та земель водного фонду, які згідно із законодавством України також можуть використовуватися з рекреацій‐ ною метою.
