Abstract
Обґрунтовано, що до основних проблем розвитку державного земельного кадастру в Україні як системи фіксації земельних активів необхідно віднести запис інформації про земельні та інші природні ресурси і права власності на них, використання й оцінку земель у складі державного земельного кадастру.
