Problems and prospects for IT-technologies development in the ukrainian tourism market of services

Abstract
Introduction: In the article questions, related to the role and influence of computer information technologies on the process of development of tourist activity are examined. The features of transition of the use of the informative systems are examined in a tourist sphere on the new paradigm of development in the globalizing world. Purpose: The role of informational technologies is analysed. The main software for automatisation of companies performance and the existing Internet portals are studied and characterised. The necessity of informational technologies use being the pre-requisite for an effective perfomance of tourist companies is proved. Results: In the article the importance of the sphere of information technologies for the economy of Ukraine in the context of world integration processes was grounded. The author examined the trends observed on the IT market in recent years and proved rapid dynamic development of the study area, and analyzed basic economic indicators. In the article the level and condition of information technologies in Ukraine compared to other countries – the IT market players were analyzed, the main obstacles by the state were established and the solutions to address them were offered. Conclusion: The subjects of the tourism market should take into account the current trends in the use of Internet technologies to create a single information field in the tourism business of Ukraine. Managers of tourism enterprises should realize that they are dealing with an integrated information technology system that is distributed in tourism, and the refusal of the technological integration of the enterprise in the tourism industry is equivalent to the compulsory restriction of the scope and scale of the enterprise.
