PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF NATIONAL DEBT SECURITY IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
In a research article studied the status, problems and prospects of national debt security in Ukraine through the prism of European experience and in the context of European integration. It’s systematized the main criteria for assessing debt security the World Bank, IMF, EU, and in accordance with national law. It’s determined the basic premise external and internal factors that contribute to the increase in public debt of Ukraine. It’s analyzed the dynamics of public debt and the structure of public debt in the 2013-2015 bienniums. In the article is available the estimation of efficiency of the national debt policy in 2015 in connection with the financing of the enlarged IMF and the restructuring of debt of Ukraine. It’s systematized the main directions of the debt policy and sets priorities for economic policy through the prism of European experience.
