Problems and requirements of automation of motor transport enterprise

Abstract
A review of the problems and requirements for automation of the management system of the motor transport enterprise is carried out. The means and methods of supporting the collection and processing of data are considered. A consistent algorithm for the collection of primary data is proposed. The sequence of data processing and distribution is implemented, with the aim of finding a more efficient decision-making method in the management of a motor transport company, taking into account technical and economic motivation. The problems connected with the processing of primary documents and data at the motor transport enterprise are formulated. Methods of their solution are offered due to dynamic allocation of resources. Also, developed software complex, for managing applications for carriage in a motor transport enterprise is analyzed. The purpose of which is to increase the stability of the operation of the enterprise, due to the proposed algorithm, under conditions of fierce competition. Practical application of this system is based on some motor transport enterprises of Zhytomyr.
