Problems of applying of administrative responsibility by State Service of Ukraine on Labor in state mining supervision.

Abstract
The author research’s and offers a solution to some legal and organizational problems in the application of administrative responsibility of State Inspectorate of Ukraine on Labor in the implementation of the state min- ing supervision. Today the State Service of Ukraine on Labor is a central executive body, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Social Policy, and has to implement the national policy in the field of industrial safety, occupational safety, occupational health, the im- plementation of the State Mining Supervision. For proper and effective application of the administrative respon- sibility of this legal institution can be an effective tool to reduce the negative impact of various socio-hazards, prevent threats and prevent the negative consequences arising in the sphere of exploration, use and protection of natural resources.
