Abstract
The article is sanctified to the problems of classification of the administrative modes in the area of organization criminal sanctions execution. We have analyzed the criteria for classification of administrative modes and concluded that the criteria for the classification of administrative modes in the area of organization criminal sanctions execution of Ukraine.
