PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION OF BIOLOGICAL HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE LIGHT OF ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE FIELD OF BIOLOGY AND MEDICINE

Abstract
Dependence of the process of the emergence of each new generation of human rights from the social and technological revolutions that were committed in society is monitored in the article. It is shown in the article what technological advances in the field of biology and medicine led to the need for legal regulation of new social relations and some issues associated with this. It is proposed to combine the basic modern biotechnologies and medical practices into several groups. The author proposes the classification of human rights on a new basis - biosocial human nature into two groups: biological and social rights. Classification of human biological rights into four groups is made: physical, ecological, genetic and medical rights.
