PROBLEMS OF LOADING AT LOCAL GENERAL COURTS AS THE MAIN LINK OF THE UKRAINIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The author in scientific article investigates problems of organization and activity of local general courts. Indicators of load of these courts and judges which in them work are considered. The conclusion that local general courts are main link in judicial system of Ukraine is formulated.
