PROBLEMS OF NORMATIVE-LEGAL REGULATION OF PROCEEDINGS ON CITIZENS’ COMPLAINTS IN THE BODIES OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the content and peculiarities of proceedings for citizens’ complaints in the bodies of the National Police and the problems of its legal regulation were determined. We analyzed the scientific views and current legislation on issues of proceedings on citizens’ complaints. We determined its stages, content and features. The shortcomings of the legal regulation of proceedings for citizens’ complaints in the bodies of the National Police were identified and ways of their elimination were proposed.
