Problems of procedural status of a legal representative of a suspect in a pre-trial investigation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of problems of legal regulation of the procedural position of the legal representative of the suspect in criminal proceedings. The imperfection of the procedural status of the legal representative of the suspect in the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings – pre-trial investigation – is substantiated. Proposals on improvement of the existing criminal procedural legislation on realization of representation of interests of the suspect in the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings are provided.
