Problems of proof in providing legal assistance during the implementation of international cooperation in the field of criminal proceedings

Abstract
Collisions of the national criminal procedure legislation impede the implementation of the criminal process and international cooperation in the field of criminal justice. A comparative analysis of the concepts "evidence" and "subject of proof" revealed significant contradictions, for the elimination of which proposals have been made to amend and supplement legislation.
