Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of implementation of international and national intellectual property protection materials and ways of development. Done current legal analysis of regulations and scientific and theoretical sources on the subject. The study, based on an integrated, comprehensive, scientific and legal analysis revealed a number of problems of theoretical and practical nature and developed key areas that need to implement in the coming years in Ukraine.
