PROBLEMS TO FILL IN UKRAINE'S PENSION FUND AND THE NEED FOR FURTHER REFORM OF THE SYSTEM

Abstract
In this work there have the essence of the income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, identifies the main sources of their formation and presents statistical data on changes in the number of employees and retirees. We studied on the dynamics of income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The main reasons for the low volumes of the Pension Fund’s revenue base are highlighted and recommendations for their increase are given. We analyzed the development prospects of the insurance market of Ukraine. Ways to improve the mechanism of formation of income of the pension fund, taking into account international experience, were developed.
