Procedural actions conducted during the clarification of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings and verification of their evidence

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of procedural actions carried out in the central part of the trial – the clarification of the circumstances of the criminal proceedings and verification of their evidence. On the basis of the analysis of the relevant norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the critical evaluation of the positions of researchers, the author presents his vision of the issues that are part of the subject.
