PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF THE COURT’S DECISION TO CLOSE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article substantiates the features of the procedure a court decision about closing the criminal proceedings, examines the basic requirements for such a judgment, and issues that arise and may subsequently arise in judicial practice in the preparation of such a decision.
