PROCEDURE OF THE STAKEHOLDER’S ANALYSIS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The essence of the stakeholders and the composition of their groups are studied. The need for stakeholder’s analysis is identified as a means of leveling conflicts, risks, increasing the level of dialogue and increasing the sustainability of the enterprise. Analytical tools that are used during the analysis of stakeholders and their groups are considered. A structured logical sequence of stakeholder analysis is proposed.
