PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY IN THE PEDAGOGICAL DIMENSION

Abstract

The article discloses semantics of a complex and multidimensional phenomenon of mobility and given the definition of “pedagogical mobility” and “professional mobility”. External and internal reasons that precede the emergence of pedagogical categories “mobility” and “professional mobility” are substantiated. The point of view about principle of mobility as a category of didactics according to the opinion of scientists is also introduced and analyzed the essence of three criteria such as instrumentality criterion, universality criterion and autonomy criterion. Instrumentality criterion is in a non-perishable process of formation professional mobility and also such as reinforc- ing the process of training. Universality criterion involves the flexibility of the professional mobility formation stages in combination and regulation of relations with social partners. As for autonomy criterion, it is reflected in the organization of professional mobility formation process and introduced methodological and regulatory functions. The features of mobility in the pedagogical sphere are revealed and the classification of mobility processes is consid- ered, which is determined by the criteria of the time sign, the mobility subject and the mobility orientation. Seven impor- tant professional abilities and abilities of professional competence are defined as a component of professional mobility. Among professional abilities and abilities of professional competence we may mark the basic abilities which are con- nected with psychological, pedagogical and philosophy contents; information abilities as an index of orientation in the information environment; research abilities as the skills for overcoming different barriers and stereotypes during intel- lectual process; practical abilities are based in search of sure optimal decision; integral abilities must improve the object and communicative abilities include social intellect and tolerance. The problem of the formation of professional mobility must be solved taking into account the self-reliant professional movements with the support of continuous self-education.
