Journal Title: International Journal of Social Science And Human Research - Year 2024, Vol 7, Issue 07
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of operational efficiency on the company's financial performance mediated by Profitability in companies listed in the JII70 index for 2018-2022. This study uses a quantitative approach with a secondary data source in financial ratios. The purposive sampling technique was used to collect 240 data points. This analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and path analysis with the help of the STATA 13 program. The study's results show that operational efficiency does not directly affect the company's financial performance but has an indirect effect through Profitability.
