Прогнозування рівнів споживання паливно-енергетичних ресурсів з урахуванням потенціалу енергозбереження при структурних змінах в економіці

Abstract
Надано методичний підхід та математичну модель прогнозування рівнів кінцевого споживання паливно-енергетичних ресурсів з урахуванням потенціалу енергозбереження при структурних змінах (міжсекторних та внутрішньосекторних) між видами економічної діяльності з особливостями впровадження енергозберігаючих заходів у виробничій і невиробничій сферах країни. Враховано, що розвиток сектору послуг сприяє зниженню енергоспоживання країни, а розвиток виробничої сфери вимагає зростання споживання енергоресурсів та вкладання значних інвестицій у впровадження нових технологій. Визначено економію паливно-енергетичних ресурсів від структурних зрушень до 2030 р. при різних варіантах прогнозної структури економіки країни згідно з Енергетичною стратегією України на період до 2030 року (редакція 2013 р.) та до 2035 р. згідно з проектом Енергетичної стратегії України до 2035 р., що розроблена Національним інститутом стратегічних досліджень НАН України. Приведено прогнозні розрахункові обсяги кінцевого споживання паливно-енергетичних ресурсів за укрупненими видами економічної діяльності.
