PROJECT BONDS IN FINANCING PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The features of use project bonds for funding public-private partnerships projects in international practice are discovered. The mechanism of attraction investment in PPP through project bonds is revealed. The prospects of project bonds implementation in Ukraine are determined and practical recommendations for their effective use are provided. It is done to reveal the features of the tender among the PPP projects based on project bonds financing and give suggestions to improve it. It is proved that there is significant potential for the development and involvement of institutional investors in the financing of PPP projects through project bonds. Also it is proposed to use project bonds with variable and fixed rate of return to afforce institutional investors and harden financial profile of public-private partnerships projects.
