PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING ACTIVITIES CIVIL SERVICE STAFF DIPLOMATIC SERVICE

Abstract
Understanding of institutional structure of diplomatic service authority has been proposed. Legitimate and proper procedure for acquiring administrative legal status of the diplomatic service civil servants has been substantiated.
