Prospects for the development of the world market of information and communication technologies

Abstract
The article considers the development tendencies of the world market of information and communication technologies and determines the problems of it. It is revealed that there is a decrease in the indicators of digital competitiveness in Europe and North America. Asian countries are the leader in the world market of information and communication technologies, while African countries are the promising one. Measures are proposed to reduce the digital divide between the regions of the world.
