Prospects of formation of the system of free legal assistance for the population of Ukraine

Abstract
The article discusses the formation of a system of providing the free access to a qualitative legal assistance to the low-income groups of the population. The necessity of introduction of a state system which would provide an actual access of the persons to such assistance.
