Protection of underground space of buildings and constructions by means of screens from fine-grained superrigid concrete

Abstract

A new way and research of laying and compaction of concrete mixes with the help of the throwing device is spotlighted and carried out. It is known that at the W/C small values in case of high-quality compaction it is possible to receive fine-grained concrete of more durability than usual concrete. At the same time, at the increased W/C values fine-grained concrete loses durability. In turn the W/C small values significantly influence decrease of mobility of concrete mixes that significantly influences on the placeability’s indicator, that is ability to fill a form or a timbering and to be condensed. The developed throwing device allows to perform the laying with compaction of superrigid concrete mixes without use of additives. Novelty of a way is that one-stage of concrete works production process instead of traditional two-phases is entered, that is, measuring, mixing and the laying in a form (timbering) unite in the only production cycle. At the same time labor input, operating time of machines and energy consumption is considerably reduced. For protection of underground space of buildings, as a rule, waterproofing is used. Service life of a waterproofing is much less than the term of a construction operation. Authors offered new technology of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete underground constructions mounting which do not need waterproofings and do not reduce the term of a construction operation.
