Provenance analysis of Puxi oilfield’s G1 block

Abstract
Abstract: Provenance direction research is an important part of the sedimentary faces research. Based on a detailed summary of provenance analysis methods, after scrutinizing the current situation of the study area, this paper focuses on the sand thickness variations, Paleotopograph and single river way direction in the development zone. The results show that it was controlled by northern provenance. Keywords: Puxi oilfield, Heidimiao oil layer, provenance analysis, sand bodies
