PROVIDING TECHNICAL READINESS OF VOLLEYBALL PLAYER STUDENTS AT PHYSICAL TRAINING CLASSES

Abstract
This article deals with the necessity of the system of physical education improvement in higher educational establishments. The deterioration of health and physical students’ fitness during training period is marked. Author’s technique is introduced in the educational process of physical education that deals with the usage of volleyball facilities. Found that using the developed program of creation the volleyball motor skills at the physical education classes of students of higher educational establishments promotes statistically significant (p<0,05) increasing the number of overhead set pass (at the average of 3,29 times), forearm pass (at the average of 2,82 times), serve (at the average of 0,89 times), spike (at the average of 0,58 times).
