PROVISION OF SAFETY OF STATEMENTS OF INFORMATION LAW MEMBERSHIP, IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the safety of information obtained by lawyer during the preliminary investigation that make it professional secrecy. The security of confidential information about individuals which is confidentiality is researching. These issues are considered subject to domestic and foreign criminal procedural law and international legal documents.
