PS-TEPA和PS-g-PEG树脂合成及<br /> 吸附蛋白性质比较<br />

Abstract

本文以吸附水溶液中蛋白质为目的,考察PS-TEPA和PS-g-PEG两种带聚离子型长链聚苯乙烯树脂的合成条件和吸附牛血清蛋白能力。结果发现,当反应温度为85 ℃,四乙烯五胺的投料量为16 mL,反应时间为12 h时,产物PS-g-TEPA型树脂的增重率和蛋白质的吸附率最好;当反应温度为35℃,聚乙二醇投料量为5 mL,反应时间为7 h 时,产物PS-g-PEG型树脂的增重率和蛋白吸附率最大。
