Psycho Functional training players on the stage of deep specialization

Abstract
Author developed methods of using tools and techniques of total psycho functional training in training players on the stage of in-depth expertise . Identified leading mental qualities and attributes that contribute to the effectiveness of training and competitive players. It was determined that the systematic application of the training process means and methods of developing mental qualities and features that are most important for football, and optimization of psycho-emotional states provides a significant increase in the level of technical and physical fitness of players.
