Psycho-pedagogical basis of development of student’s communicative competence through the process of learning English

Abstract

The article reveals the formation of communicative competence of the students of higher educational establishments in studying foreign language; the psychological and pedagogical conditions and methods that support the development of their communicative competence are determined.
